Cancellation & Refund Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the date and time of your appointment, and we will gladly give you a refund or help you find an alternate date.

No refunds will be issued for no shows, late arrivals, or cancellations made within 24 hours (one day) of your booking time. Late arrivals will not be given additional time beyond the hour booked. If you have an emergency, please contact us and we will work with you if possible. You must contact us via phone 607-269-7638 or email mysterycrimesolvers@gmail.com to cancel a booking.

Participant Requirements

You must be age 18 or older to make a reservation. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. A party of underage individuals is permitted provided a responsible supervising adult remains on the premises (the adult will not be charged for admission if they do not enter the escape room).

Prior to entry you will be required to sign a liability release form. There are no flashing lights, loud or unexpected noises, or "jump scare" tactics in the escape room.

Locks and puzzles must be solved in order to be opened, they cannot be forced or manipulated. Cameras ARE present in the escape room. Anyone engaging in destructive behavior will be removed from the escape room. You will be held liable for repairs to any item(s) damaged during your party's use of the escape room.

No food or drink is allowed in the escape room. Food and drink can be arranged in the lobby if discussed in advance with management. No alcohol is permitted on the premises.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual that they deem to be exhibiting impaired behavior or judgement.

Privacy Policy

Your private information is yours. We do not share or sell any of your personal details with any other entity, private or commercial. The only cookies we use are for your purposes during the checkout process. We do not save your payment method unless you choose to save it for future use. From time to time we may send an email updating you on new events or happenings at the Quandary, you are free to opt out of these messages.
